We’re delighted to announce Jeffry Pilcher, CEO of ICONIQ and blogger of the Financial Brand will be participating as a guest speaker at our Industry Focus Forum in Vancouver on September 18th 2008. Jeffry has spent over 15 years as a branding, advertising and marketing consultant, including the past eight years as brand strategist and creative director with Weber Marketing Group, an integrated marketing agency focused on the financial industry. We’re excited to have somebody as knowledgeable as Jeffry speak on a topic that comes to the mind of all true marketers: The 11C’s of Breakthrough Branding.
In the afternoon, Robert Groves from Davis and Co. LLP will be joining us to educate us on the implications of moving from a paper based world to an electronic world in the financial service industry. Robert has had experience in commercial aspects of insolvency transactions and in all aspects of secured lending transactions and has worked with credit unions as an advisor for privacy and money laundering issues.

Hey DOXIM gang!
I’m really looking forward to speaking at your Forum this fall. Hopefully there will be a lot of “cross-pollination” between DOXIM and BarCampBank B.C. I’m looking forward to meeting many people with whom I’ve only known through email and the financial blogosphere.
Hello Jeffry,
We too are very excited and honored that you will be coming up to share your experiences and expertise with our attendees. It’s great that you will be able to stay for BarCampBank BC as well!
I am looking forward to meeting you in person and also really looking forward to your presentation on the 11 C’s of Breakthrough Branding.
